FEATURE OF COCO PEAT BAG
- Material: Coir manufactured entirely of organic coconut shell that is sustainable, eco-friendly, and natural.

COCO PEAT PRODUCTION PROCESS
- Sourcing coconut husks: The first step in coco peat production is the collection of coconut husks. These husks are obtained from coconut processing units or directly from coconut farmers.
- Fiber & coco peat extraction: the fibers and coco peat are separated from the husks using machines or manual methods. These coconut fibers are used to make products like coir ropes, coir mats, and brushes.
- Pre-washed coco peat: Coco peat is primarily washed by clean water.
- Aged coco peat: The extracted coco peat is washed with water to remove any impurities or salt content. It is then buffered by soaking it in a calcium-rich solution to balance the pH level and make it suitable for plant growth.
- Drying and processing: The washed coco peat is spread out in thin layers and dried either under the sun or using mechanical dryers. The drying process helps reduce the moisture content to an acceptable level for packaging and transportation.
- Compressed and packing : Finally, the graded coco peat is packed in various formats, such as blocks, briquettes, or loose bags, depending on customer needs. It is then ready for distribution to horticultural and agricultural markets worldwide.
