  1. Coir fiber sunlight disinfection and drying
  • Before using core fiber, sunlight disinfection and drying processes must be performed. The fibers are sterilized under sunlight for about 4 to 5 hours, and when the moisture drops to 30 to 35%, they are collected and stored in warehouse.

  • After removing impurities, the coconut fibers are placed in a mold and pressed into the desired shape.
